Managing Your Classes

This page lists all your classes for last year, this year and any planned for next year.

Identify the class you want to work on by clicking on the radio button to the left of the line
If you want to mark the roll or produce and attendance report, select the term by clicking on the appropriate radio button to the left of the Mark Roll an Attendance buttons, then click the appropriate button to get started.
To carry out one of the other functions, just click the appropriate button.

Adjusting Class Dates and Places

After identifying the class, click Dates.

Set the Tutor Interview to Yes or No and whether you want to handle enquiries or have the office do it for you. Just click the appropriate radio buttons.
To adjust the number of placed in your class, enter the number in the Places text box.
To cancel a session, untick the check box for that date or to hold a session on additional date, click the check box to tick it.
If you want to hold a class on a date not on the list, enter the date as d/m in the text box to the left of the Add button, then click the Add button. The page will refresh with the new date added. Then tick the date you've just added to the list.
When everything is to your liking, click the Next button to presentthe revised class details.
If everything is as you want it, click Next to return to the list of your classes. If you need to make further changes, click the Back to return to the previous page.
