Note! The plan by buttons will only appear in Class Management if the Next Year is set in Options/Next Year

This is for planning the classes for the next year based on whether or not classes running this year will be repeated or continued in the next year.

A suggested method is to Plan By Tutor. Call each tutor in turn and checking whether each class will continue in the next year or not.

Indicate the class you are handling by clicking the radio button to the left of the class code
If the class is continuing next year, click the Continuing button. The class will be created for the next year by cloning the class for this year.
If the class is not continuing, click the Not Continuing button.
To set up the class manually, indicate the class, then click Select button to display the class profile and continue from there.

The same procedure can be followed using the Plan By Course but the planning cannot be done with a single contact with each tutor.
